5-Minute Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake 
A warm, protein-packed cinnamon treat made right in your mug.
Ingredients:
• ½ cup cottage cheese
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons almond flour
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• ¼ teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Cinnamon Swirl:
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional Glaze:
• 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions:
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together blended cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon swirl ingredients. Spoon over batter and gently swirl with a toothpick.
Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, until the center is set but still soft. (Microwave times vary — start with 60 seconds and check.)
Let cool 1–2 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle on top if using.
Best enjoyed warm.
