Key Lime Cream Cheese Pound Cake – Zesty, Rich & Irresistible!

Soft, buttery pound cake with a hint of tangy key lime and a silky cream cheese glaze that melts right in… you NEED this recipe!
For the cake:
1 cup butter (softened)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 ½ cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup fresh key lime juice
1 tbsp lime zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
For the glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp key lime juice
1–2 tbsp milk (as needed)
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a bundt pan.
Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and mix until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Mix in lime juice, zest, and vanilla.
Gradually add flour and salt.
Pour into pan and bake for 70–80 minutes.
Cool completely, then drizzle glaze on top.
