Southern Style Cheeseburger Pie

Cheeseburger pie has all the flavors of the iconic American sandwich, especially if you add burger toppings—we highly recommend that, of course. Savory ground beef is the base of any burger-inspired food, but instead of buns, a quick crust is made with Bisquick. Creamy Cheddar cheese brings the cheesy factor home. Let the skillet pie stand a bit after you remove it from the oven; this helps it hold together when you go to slice it.

Large eggs: Binds the topping.
Whole milk: Moistens the baking mix for a light, fluffy texture.
