Shamrock Shake Pie

Ingredients:

– 1 9-inch chocolate cookie crumb crust
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
– 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 tablespoon milk
– 1 cup mini chocolate chips
– Whipped cream and chocolate syrup for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add powdered sugar, peppermint extract, milk, and green food coloring to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined and smooth.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.
6. Spread the filling into the chocolate cookie crumb crust and smooth the top.
7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
8. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Tips:
Use cold heavy cream and a chilled bowl for best whipping results.
