White Chocolate Reese’s Dream Cheesecake

A luscious, ultra-creamy cheesecake loaded with peanut butter cups and drizzled in rich chocolate and caramel!
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup white chocolate (melted)
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Whipped cream (for topping)
Extra Reese’s (for garnish)
Chocolate sauce (for drizzle)
Caramel sauce (for drizzle)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
5. Add sugar and mix well. Pour in melted white chocolate and blend until combined.
6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
7. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
8. Fold in chopped Reese’s pieces.
9. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
10. Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the center is slightly set.
11. Turn off the oven and let cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open.
12. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
13. Before serving, top with whipped cream, Reese’s pieces, and drizzle generously with chocolate and caramel sauce.

For clean slices, dip your knife in hot water and wipe it between each cut—your cheesecake will look bakery-perfect!
