NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER PIE!

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/3 cup melted butter
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)
– Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture and continue beating until fully incorporated.
4. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
6. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
8. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
