Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip 🍫
Ingredients
½ cup unsalted butter
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup light brown sugar, packed
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup miniature chocolate chips, divided
For Serving
Chocolate chip cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, or fresh fruit
Instructions
1. Cream the base
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese together with an electric hand mixer until smooth, creamy, and free of lumps. For best results, ensure both ingredients are at room temperature before starting.

2. Add the sugars and flavoring
Add the light brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Continue beating until the mixture is light, fluffy, and fully incorporated, about 1 to 2 minutes.

3. Fold in the chocolate chips
Reserve 2 tablespoons of the miniature chocolate chips for garnish. Stir the remaining chocolate chips into the dip by hand using a spatula, mixing just until evenly distributed.

4. Plate and serve
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the reserved miniature chocolate chips over the top for a finished appearance. Serve immediately with an assortment of dippers, or refrigerate until ready to use.
