Banana Pudding Tacos Delight 

A fun and crispy twist on classic banana pudding, served in sweet taco shells filled with creamy goodness!
Ingredients:
6 small soft tortillas
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 box vanilla pudding mix (instant)
2 cups cold milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 bananas (sliced)
Whipped cream (for topping)
Extra crushed graham crackers (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press onto both sides of tortillas.
3. Drape tortillas over oven rack bars to form taco shapes and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool.
4. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Fold into pudding.
6. Fill each taco shell with banana pudding mixture.
7. Add banana slices and pipe whipped cream on top.
8. Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs before serving.
Pro Tip:
For extra indulgence, drizzle caramel or chocolate sauce inside the taco shells before adding the pudding!
