Irresistible Strawberry Chocolate Shell Cake 

Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Cake:
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
2 cups granulated sugar
1½ tsp baking powder
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot coffee (or hot water)
For the Strawberry Filling:
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Cream Layer:
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
For the Chocolate Shell:
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
Instructions:
Bake the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Stir in hot coffee.
Pour into greased pans and bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
Prepare Strawberry Filling:
Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice on medium heat until thick and jam-like. Let cool.
Whip Cream:
Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy peaks form.
Assemble:
Slice cake layers.
Spread whipped cream and strawberry filling between layers.
Frost lightly with remaining cream.
Make Chocolate Shell:
Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
Finish:
Pour melted chocolate over the cake to create a glossy shell.
Top with fresh strawberries. Let set before slicing.
