Strawberry Swirl Cake with Strawberry Glaze 
Cake:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Strawberry Swirl:
1 cup strawberry puree (fresh or blended strawberries)
2 tbsp sugar
Strawberry Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp strawberry puree
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a Bundt or loaf pan.
Step 2: Cream Base
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add Eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Step 4: Combine
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk into the batter.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Step 5: Create Swirl
Pour half the batter into the pan. Add spoonfuls of strawberry puree, then top with remaining batter.
Use a knife to gently swirl for a marbled effect 
Step 6: Bake
Bake for 1 hour 10–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7: Glaze
Mix glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle over cooled cake.

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor 
Don’t over-swirl or colors will blend too much
Let cake cool fully before glazing
Add a few drops of red food coloring for a brighter look (optional)
