Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheeseball

🍫 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheeseball 🧀
Ingredients
For the Cheeseball
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
½ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup crushed peanut butter cups (optional)
For the Coating
¼ cup mini Reese’s Pieces
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup crushed peanut butter cups
Instructions
Soften the cream cheese
Leave the cream cheese at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes before starting. It should be soft enough to press easily with a spoon.

Mix the base ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer on low speed or a sturdy spatula to mix until the mixture is completely smooth, with no streaks of cream cheese or sugar lumps.

Fold in the mix‑ins
Add the 1 cup of mini Reese’s Pieces, ½ cup of mini chocolate chips, and the optional ½ cup of crushed peanut butter cups. Fold them in gently with a spatula until they are evenly distributed throughout the peanut butter mixture.

Shape into a ball
Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Gather the edges of the plastic wrap and twist tightly to form a compact ball. Use your hands through the wrap to smooth the surface into a round shape.

Chill to firm
Place the wrapped cheeseball in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For a firmer ball that is easier to coat, chill for up to 2 hours.

Prepare the coating
While the cheeseball chills, combine the ¼ cup of mini Reese’s Pieces, ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips, and ¼ cup of crushed peanut butter cups in a shallow dish. Stir to mix.

Coat the cheeseball
Remove the chilled cheeseball from the refrigerator. Unwrap it and place it on a clean surface. Roll it gently in the coating mixture, pressing lightly so the pieces stick to the surface. Use your hands to pat on any remaining coating.

Serve
Transfer the coated cheeseball to a serving plate. Surround it with graham crackers, pretzel sticks, vanilla wafers, or sliced apples. Serve immediately, or cover loosely and refrigerate for up to 2 days before serving.
