Creamy Raspberry Mousse (Light & Elegant Dessert)

This raspberry mousse is smooth, airy, and delicately sweet with a refreshing berry flavor.
Light yet creamy, it melts in your mouth and delivers a perfect balance between tangy raspberries and rich cream an ideal dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the mousse:
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon gelatin powder
2 tablespoons cold water
1 cup heavy cream (cold)
For topping:
Whipped cream
Fresh raspberries
Mint leaves (optional)
Instructions1. Prepare raspberry base
In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until berries break down.
Strain through a sieve to remove seeds (optional for smoother texture).
2. Bloom gelatin
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
Gently heat until dissolved (do not boil).
Mix into the warm raspberry puree.
3. Cool mixture
Let the raspberry mixture cool to room temperature (important to avoid melting cream).
4. Whip cream
Beat cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
5. Combine
Gently fold raspberry mixture into whipped cream.
Mix until smooth and evenly pink.
6. Chill
Spoon into serving glasses.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
7. Serve
Top with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and mint leaves.
