- Add vanilla and mix.
- Gently fold in flour; add milk to soften dough.

Ingredients
• 1 cup butter (227g)
• ¾ cup sugar (150g)
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2½ cups flour (315g)
• A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cream butter & sugar until light and airy.
- Add egg & vanilla.
- Mix in flour & salt to form a soft dough.
- Roll out and cut into heart shapes.
- Bake at 160–170°C until pale golden.

• ½ cup sugar (100g)
• 1 egg

• ½ cup almond flour (50g)

• Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Cream butter & sugar until smooth.
- Add egg & vanilla.
- Mix in flours to form dough.
- Cut circles; make heart cut-outs in half.
- Bake at 160°C until golden edges form.

Instructions
