Beef Meximelt

A cheesy, juicy beef-filled tortilla packed with bold Tex-Mex flavors and melty goodness in every bite! 😋

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup diced onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 flour tortillas
2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
3. Stir in diced onions and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
4. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft.
5. Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla and top generously with both cheeses.
6. Fold tortillas burrito-style.
7. Heat butter in a skillet and cook wraps until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
8. Remove, slice in half, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
