Chocolate Caramel Cream Cake

An ultra-decadent chocolate cake layered with silky cream, rich ganache, and gooey caramel drips 🤤

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + cream)
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf or square pan.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing until combined.
5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool completely.
6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
7. Slice cake horizontally and spread whipped cream between layers.
8. Pour chocolate ganache over the top, letting it drip down the sides.
9. Drizzle caramel sauce generously and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Instructions:
For cleaner slices, chill the cake for 20–30 minutes before serving so the layers set beautifully 🍰
