Whipped Kool Aid 🍓
Ingredients
2 packets unsweetened fruit drink mix
⅓ cup granulated sugar
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Instructions
Prepare the liquid base – In a small pitcher or measuring cup, prepare one packet of the drink mix according to its package instructions (typically 2 cups of cold water). Stir until fully dissolved. Set aside.

Make the whipped topping – In a medium mixing bowl, combine the remaining drink mix packet, sugar, and cold heavy cream. Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat on high speed until the mixture thickens and forms stiff peaks (about 2–3 minutes). The cream will take on the color and flavor of the drink mix.

Assemble the glasses – Fill two tall glasses halfway with the prepared liquid drink base. Add a handful of ice cubes to each glass until the liquid reaches about two‑thirds full.

Top and serve – Spoon or pipe the whipped fruit cream generously over the top of each glass, dividing it evenly. For a layered ombré effect, do not stir. Just before drinking, stir gently with a straw or long spoon to combine the whipped cream into the liquid. Serve immediately with a wide straw or spoon.
