Smothered Cheesy Sour Cream Chicken

Juicy chicken breasts baked in a rich, creamy, cheesy sauce that melts in your mouth 😍
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
4. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
5. Place the seared chicken into a baking dish and spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly over each piece.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is bubbly and golden.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
