Bang Bang Shrimp

Crispy golden shrimp tossed in a sweet, spicy, creamy sauce – totally irresistible!
Ingredients:
* 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
* 1/2 cup cornstarch
* 1/2 cup flour
* 2 eggs (beaten)
* Oil for frying
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
* 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to spice preference)
* 1 tbsp honey
* 2 tbsp chopped green onions
* 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Pat the shrimp dry. Coat them first in flour-cornstarch mix, then dip in egg, and coat again in flour-cornstarch mix.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until golden and crispy (about 2–3 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
4. Toss the crispy shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
Pro Tip:
Serve on top of shredded lettuce or cabbage for a restaurant-style presentation!
