Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp

Juicy shrimp roasted to perfection with garlic, Parmesan, and fresh herbs – a quick and flavorful dish that melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
* 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on optional)
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* Salt and black pepper to taste
* Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Roast for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink, tender, and slightly golden around the edges.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp before serving.
