Golden grilled bread loaded with gooey cheese and crispy bacon—pure melt-in-your-mouth comfort!
Ingredients:
* 4 slices thick-cut bread (sourdough or brioche work great)
* 4 slices crispy cooked bacon
* 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
* 1/3 cup shredded cheddar
* 1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack (or Swiss for extra melt)
* 2 tbsp butter (softened)
Instructions:
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place two slices butter-side down on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add a mix of all three cheeses on top, then layer on the bacon.
4. Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
5. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
