A creamy, dreamy cheesecake topped with fresh bananas and sweet caramel drizzle 
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas (sliced)
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Whipped cream (for topping)
Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan to form the crust.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
5. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly.
7. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
8. Top with banana slices, whipped cream, and drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
9. Lightly dust with powdered sugar before serving.
