Full Recipe:
– What goes in: 1½ cups white chocolate chips, ½ cup heavy cream, ½ cup strawberry jam, 1 cup crushed shortbread or vanilla wafers, ½ tsp vanilla, optional pink drizzle, sprinkles or freeze-dried strawberries
– How it comes together: Melt the white chocolate gently and coat your molds to create the shells, then chill until firm. Mix cream, strawberry jam, crushed cookies, and vanilla into a smooth, creamy filling.
Spoon the filling into the shells, leaving a little space, then seal with more melted chocolate. Chill again until fully set.
Pop them out, decorate if you like… and that’s it
