Creamy Oreo Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the crust:
24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
5 tbsp melted butter
For the cheesecake:
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
1 cup crushed Oreo pieces
For topping:
½ cup chocolate ganache
¼ cup melted peanut butter

Cookie crumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until creamy.
5. Fold in crushed Oreo pieces.
6. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 55–65 minutes until the center is set.
8. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cool gradually.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
10. Top with chocolate ganache, melted peanut butter, Oreos, and crumbs before serving.
Pro Tip:
For a bakery-style finish, warm the peanut butter slightly before drizzling so it flows smoothly over the cheesecake
