Peanut Butter Pretzel Pie 

A sweet and salty dream with creamy peanut butter filling, crunchy pretzel crust, and rich caramel drizzle

Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed pretzels
½ cup melted butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups whipped topping
For topping:
Whipped cream
Caramel sauce
Crushed pretzels
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
3. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool completely.
4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
6. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
7. Spread filling evenly into the cooled crust.
8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
9. Top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and crushed pretzels before serving.
Pro Tip:
For extra crunch, reserve some pretzels to sprinkle on just before serving so they stay crisp
