Instructions

Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)./n
Step 2 Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the center to create space for the filling./n
Step 3 In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned, then drain excess fat./n
Step 4 Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then stir in ketchup and mustard./n
Step 5 Remove from heat and mix in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese along with the crumbled bacon./n
Step 6 Spoon the mixture evenly into the hollowed bread halves and top with the remaining cheese./n
Step 7 Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet, brush the edges with melted butter, and bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly./n
Step 8 Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, slice, and serve warm.
