Ingredients:
• 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
• 3 tablespoons melted butter
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
• 1 cup cooked sticky sushi rice, cooled
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• White chocolate sauce for drizzling
• Chocolate syrup for drizzling
• Extra Oreo crumbs for garnish

Instructions:

1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
2. Press part of the mixture into a flat rectangle on parchment paper to form the “cake layer.”
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy and creamy.
5. Spread a thick line of cheesecake filling across the center of the Oreo layer.
6. Carefully roll it tightly into a log shape using the parchment paper.
7. Chill the roll in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
