Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups 

Sweet cinnamon-sugar roll-ups with a creamy center, coated in buttery goodness and drizzled with vanilla glaze!

Yield: 8 roll-ups
Ingredients:
* 8 slices soft white bread
* 4 oz cream cheese, softened
* 2 tbsp powdered sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 tbsp unsalted butter
For the Cinnamon Sugar:
* ½ cup granulated sugar
* 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the French Toast Coating:
* 2 large eggs
* 3 tbsp milk
* ½ tsp cinnamon
For the Vanilla Glaze:
* 1 cup powdered sugar
* 2 tbsp milk
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Remove the crusts from the bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of bread.
4. Roll each slice tightly into a log shape.
5. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
6. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
7. Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
8. Place the roll-ups in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
9. In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
10. Roll the warm roll-ups in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
11. Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
12. Drizzle the glaze generously over the roll-ups before serving.
Pro Tip:
For an extra cinnamon roll flavor, add a tablespoon of brown sugar to the cream cheese filling before rolling up the bread!
