For the Filling:
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1 cup powdered sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1½ cups whipped topping, plus extra for garnish
For the Topping:
* ½ cup whipped topping
* ¼ cup caramel sauce
* 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish.
3. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
5. Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
