* 1½ cups whipped topping or whipped cream
For the Topping:
* 1 cup whipped cream
* Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate
* Mini chocolate pieces (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter.
2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie plate.
3. Refrigerate the crust for 15 minutes to set.
4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
