Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Roll
A delightful dessert combining fluffy cake and creamy cheesecake with fresh strawberries!

Ingredients:
– 4 large eggs (room temperature)
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
– 1 cup whipped cream
– 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
3. Gently fold in the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until just combined.
4. Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cake is set and lightly browned.
6. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream and sliced strawberries.

7. Once the cake has cooled, spread the cheesecake mixture over the top.
8. Carefully roll the cake from one end to the other.
9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before slicing and serving.
