2: Make the filling: Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
3: Fill & roll: Spread filling on bread, roll up tightly, and press edges to seal.
4: Prep the dip: Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl.
5: Cook to golden: Melt butter in a skillet, dip each roll-up in egg mixture, and cook on all sides until golden, about 1–2 minutes per side.
