Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 large egg yolks
Whipped cream (for topping)
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
