Cream Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Crunchy Corn Chips
Crunchy, Cheesy & Totally Irresistible!
1 large bag plain or seasoned corn tortilla chips (scoop-style works best)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup shredded cheddar or cheese blend
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Optional: chopped green onions or parsley
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Fill the Chips
Arrange corn chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Carefully spoon or pipe a small amount of filling into each chip.
Bake
Bake at 375°F / 190°C for 8–12 minutes,
until the filling is hot and lightly golden.
Serve
Remove from oven, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
