Ingredients:

1.5 lbs (700g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 cup coconut milk

3 tbsp honey

1-2 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp ginger, grated

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 lime, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 🌴🔥

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. ⏱️ Cooking: 10 minutes
