Neapolitan Cake (Chocolate – Strawberry – Vanilla)

Cakes:
Three separate cakes are prepared: chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla.
Butter and sugar are creamed together, then eggs are added. Dry ingredients and liquids are added and mixed.
Bake at 170°C for 25–30 minutes and cool completely.

Fillings:
🍫 Chocolate mousse:
200 g melted dark chocolate + 1 cup whipped cream (folded in)

🤍 Vanilla cream:
1½ cups cream + ½ cup powdered sugar + vanilla (whipped)

Ganache:
150 g dark chocolate + ½ cup hot cream, mixed together.

Assembly:
Chocolate cake → chocolate mousse → strawberry cake → vanilla cream → vanilla cake
Chill in the refrigerator, pour ganache over it.
Garnish with strawberries and chocolate
