No-Bake Biscoff Layered Delight 

A creamy, dreamy dessert packed with spiced Biscoff flavor and luscious caramel drizzle 
Ingredients:
2 cups Biscoff cookies (crushed)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Biscoff spread (cookie butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
Extra Biscoff cookies for topping
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter until combined.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a square dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
6. Spread half of the cream mixture over the chilled crust.
7. Drizzle Biscoff spread and caramel sauce over the layer.
8. Add remaining cream mixture and smooth the top.
9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
10. Before serving, drizzle extra caramel and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
Pro Tip:
Warm the Biscoff spread slightly before drizzling to get those smooth, bakery-style layers
