No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
¼ cup creamy peanut butter (for topping)
Directions:
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter. Stir until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and ¼ cup peanut butter in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
Cut into bars and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
