Peanut Butter Brownie S’mores Pie
Ingredients:
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup mini marshmallows
– 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pie dish and spread evenly.
8. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the batter.
9. Spread the remaining batter over the graham cracker layer.
10. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from oven and scatter mini marshmallows on top.
11. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until marshmallows are golden and bubbly.
12. Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing and serving.
