Shamrock Oreo Dessert Lasagna
Ingredients:
For the Oreo crust:
– 36 Oreo cookies, crushed
– 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the cookies & cream layer:
– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
– 1 cup whipped topping
– 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
For the mint pudding layer:
– 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
– 3 cups cold milk
– Green food coloring
For the topping:
– 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
– Mini Oreo cookies
– Chocolate chips
– Green sprinkles
– Extra crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions:
1. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and peppermint extract.
3. Fold in whipped topping and crushed Oreos, then spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
4. In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Add green food coloring and mix.
5. Spread the mint pudding evenly over the cookies-and-cream layer.
6. Spread whipped topping over the pudding layer.
7. Decorate with mini Oreos, chocolate chips, green sprinkles, and extra crushed Oreos.
8. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours before slicing and serving.
