2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella-style cheese

Creamy Cheese Sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1½ cups milk
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or blend)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika (optional)
Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Assemble Wraps
Divide chicken evenly among tortillas.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle cheese over chicken, then roll tortillas tightly.
Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
Make Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Cook until thickened, then stir in cheese, garlic powder, and paprika until melted.
Bake
Pour cheese sauce evenly over wrapped tortillas.
Bake uncovered 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
Serve
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
