Green & pink food coloring (optional)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Prepare cake batter as directed on box or homemade recipe. Divide into 3 bowls.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In bowl #1, stir in cherry juice & chopped cherries. Tint pink if you like.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In bowl #2, mix in pistachio pudding and green food coloring.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In bowl #3, mix in cocoa powder.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Bake each layer separately in 8″” round pans at 350\u00b0F for 18\u201320 mins. Let cool completely.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, chopped cherries, and mini chocolate chips. Spread between cooled cake layers.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Frost the cake and top with chocolate curls and cherries.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
