In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.<br \/>\n2. Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2\u20133 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheeses until slightly melted.<br \/>\n4. Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each tortilla.<br \/>\n5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito shape.<br \/>\n6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry chimichangas seam-side down until golden and crispy on all sides.<br \/>\n7. Remove and drain on paper towels.<br \/>\n8.
