Stir until fully dissolved. Set aside.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Make the whipped topping \u2013 In a medium mixing bowl, combine the remaining drink mix packet, sugar, and cold heavy cream. Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat on high speed until the mixture thickens and forms stiff peaks (about 2\u20133 minutes). The cream will take on the color and flavor of the drink mix.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Assemble the glasses \u2013 Fill two tall glasses halfway with the prepared liquid drink base. Add a handful of ice cubes to each glass until the liquid reaches about two\u2011thirds full.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Top and serve \u2013 Spoon or pipe the whipped fruit cream generously over the top of each glass, dividing it evenly. For a layered ombr\u00e9 effect, do not stir. Just before drinking, stir gently with a straw or long spoon to combine the whipped cream into the liquid.
