In a large skillet or wok, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.<br \/>\n2. Add diced onion to the pan and saut\u00e9 until soft.<br \/>\n3. Push onions to one side and scramble the eggs on the other side of the pan. Mix together once cooked.<br \/>\n4.
