In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.<br \/>\n2. In a separate bowl, lightly mash half of the raspberries and mix with raspberry jam.<br \/>\n3. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a dish.<br \/>\n4. Add a layer of graham crackers or biscuits.<br \/>\n5. Spread a layer of the raspberry mixture, followed by whipped cream.<br \/>\n6. Sprinkle a few whole raspberries over the layer.<br \/>\n7. Repeat layers (crackers, raspberry mixture, whipped cream) until all ingredients are used.<br \/>\n8. Finish with a thick layer of whipped cream on top.<br \/>\n9. Garnish with fresh raspberries, crushed crumbs, and mint leaves.<br \/>\n10.
