Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C). Line an 8&#215;8\u201d pan with parchment paper.<br \/>\n2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Let cool slightly.<br \/>\n3. Whisk in eggs, sugars, vanilla, and Baileys until well combined.<br \/>\n4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir just until combined.<br \/>\n5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 28\u201332 minutes. Let cool completely.<br \/>\n6. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
