White Chocolate &#038; Raspberry Magic!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Creamy, dreamy cheesecake swirled with raspberry and white chocolate \u2013 it\u2019s pure dessert bliss! \ud83d\ude0d<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n* 1 \u00bd cups graham cracker crumbs<br \/>\n* \u00bc cup granulated sugar<br \/>\n* \u00bd cup unsalted butter, melted<br \/>\n* 2 cups cream cheese (softened)<br \/>\n* \u00be cup granulated sugar<br \/>\n* 2 large eggs<br \/>\n* 1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n* \u00bd cup sour cream<br \/>\n* \u00bd cup white chocolate, melted<br \/>\n* \u00bd cup raspberry puree (strained)<br \/>\n* Fresh raspberries (optional for garnish)<br \/>\n* White &amp; dark chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F (160\u00b0C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.<br \/>\n2. In a bowl, mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.<br \/>\n3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and melted white chocolate.<br \/>\n4. Pour the batter over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree on top and use a knife to swirl gently.<br \/>\n5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the center is just set. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.<br \/>\n6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings before serving!<br \/>\nPro Tip:<br \/>\nFor an extra raspberry burst, add a few whole raspberries into the batter before baking.
