Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<br \/>\n2. Heat olive oil in a pan and saut\u00e9 onions and peppers until soft. Add cooked sausage and mix. Season lightly with salt and pepper.<br \/>\n3. Roll out puff pastry or dough into a rectangle. Spread sausage mixture evenly down the center, then top with shredded cheese.<br \/>\n4.
