Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C).<br \/>\n2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion (and bell pepper if using) until fully browned. Drain excess grease.<br \/>\n3. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1\/2 cup pizza sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Spread a spoonful of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.<br \/>\n5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and a few olives. Roll up and place seam-side down in the baking dish.<br \/>\n6. Pour remaining pizza sauce over the top, then cover with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.<br \/>\n7. Bake for 20\u201325 minutes or until bubbly and golden.<br \/>\n8.
