A cheesy, hearty one-pan comfort dish! \ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n* 1 lb ground beef<br \/>\n* 1 cup uncooked white rice<br \/>\n* 2 cups beef broth<br \/>\n* 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes<br \/>\n* 1 cup tomato sauce<br \/>\n* 1 green bell pepper, chopped<br \/>\n* 1 red bell pepper, chopped<br \/>\n* 1 small onion, diced<br \/>\n* 1 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n* 1 tsp Italian seasoning<br \/>\n* 1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n* 1\/2 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n* 1 1\/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese<br \/>\n* Optional: chopped parsley for garnish<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C).<br \/>\n2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with onion and bell peppers until meat is browned and veggies are soft. Drain fat.<br \/>\n3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.<br \/>\n4. Add uncooked rice and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5\u20137 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Pour mixture into a greased 9&#215;13 baking dish. Cover with foil.<br \/>\n6. Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and sprinkle with cheese.<br \/>\n7. Bake uncovered for 5\u20137 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
